Welcome to fall 2022 after school program!

Welcome to the 2022-2023 after-school program!  We sent the welcome newsletter on Monday, July 25 to those of you who have confirmed the registration of your child(ren) for the fall 2022 after-school program. Please let us know if you did not receive the email.

August at a Glance:

Monday, August 1 – An email will be sent for your child’s assigned classroom, teaching staff and driver information, and a sign-up to meet the driver. 

Friday, August 5 – ONLY for CVE students grade 1-5 – meet the staff who will pick up and walk with your child to Bee Best from 6:00 pm – 6:30 pm. 

Saturday, August 6 – Zoom parent orientation for Grade 1-8 (from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm) and meet the driver/walking staff (from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm). 

Sunday, August 7 – Zoom parent orientation for Grade TK-K (from 10:00 am – 11:00 am)  

Monday, August 8 – Bee Best is CLOSED for a staff meeting and center preparation. 

Tuesday, August 9 – First day at school and at Bee Best.  

Monday, August 15 – An email will be sent to sign up for a one-on-one Zoom parent-teacher conference and sign up for fun and educational workshops.
