Summer Camp

For more details, please download our  Summer Camp 2019 Information.

Our objective at Bee Best Learning Center is for students to experience continued learning during the summer weeks while also having the opportunity to engage in fun and energetic activities.  Our center is open from 7:00 am – 6:30 pm Monday through Friday throughout the summer.

Students can bring his or her own lunch or pre-order lunches from us for $4.00 per day. The lunch menu is available upon request. Light snacks, crackers, and/or fruit will be provided every morning and afternoon (Students are welcome to bring their own snacks). Due to the number of children with food allergies, Bee Best Learning Center is a peanut-free and tree-nut-free zone.

We offers two different full-day summer camps, i.e. Discovery Summer Camp and Technology Summer Camps. Your child may stay with us for one week or the whole summer!

DISCOVERY SUMMER CAMP

Discovery Summer Camp includes our academic curriculum in the mornings with enrichment classes and fun activities in the afternoons for students entering kindergarten through 8th grade.  The academic curriculum consists of mathematics, reading/grammar, and a foreign language (choose Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, or Japanese).  The enrichment classes include cultural exploration, creativity time, building activities, and science projects.  The fun activities include crafts, sports, food creations, painting, magic, and outdoor play.  Every Friday will have a visit from a professional entertainer (such as a juggler, magician or animal expert), or bounce time in a jump house.  Friday is a fun theme day which includes special activities, music, and games as well as a student talent show and an afternoon movie.  Our Discovery Summer Camp is for students entering kindergarten through 8th grade in the upcoming fall and is available for 3, 4, or 5 full-days per week.

TECHNOLOGY SUMMER CAMP

These technology camps are offered throughout the summer in collaboration with Tri-Valley Snapology for students entering grades K-5.  These LEGO® theme camps are designed to promote creative play, teamwork, and social skills.  Through the use of popular topics like Star Wars®, Pokemon®, and Ninjago®, students are engaged in a variety of theme focused activities while learning engineering and math principles as they put purpose to their building through blueprinting and idea sharing.  A different theme technology camp is offered each week of summer and meets Monday through Friday from 9:00am-12noon.  You can choose to have the extended care coupled with Technology camp (covering from 7:00am-6:30pm) where the Technology Camp students will join the Discovery Camp activities from 7:00am-9:00am and 12:00pm-6:30pm.

We have two options:

1.   Students entering Kindergarten and 1st grade.

2.  Students entering grade 2nd-5th.

Note: All listed activities and projects are subject to change.
