We are two weeks away from the first day of school. Here is the list of important dates:

Classroom Assignment and Driver Information Details on Friday, July 24th 
On Friday, July 24th, we will send an email with your child’s assigned classroom number, class schedule, classroom teaching staff, and Chinese teacher (if Mandarin Chinese is selected), and the assigned pick-up staff/driver information (if pick-up services/transportation are requested).

Parent Orientation via Zoom on Saturday, August 1st, and Sunday, August 2nd 
We will have three separate Zoom parent orientation and Q&A sessions for Grades 1-5 and Grades 6-8 on Saturday, August 1, 2026, and for Grades TK and K on Sunday, August 2, 2026. Topics include an overview of our program, pickup and drop-off procedures, and a Q&A session. 

Meet the Pick-up Staff/Driver on Monday, August 3rd. 
Please refer to the email sent on Friday, July 24, for your child’s assigned meeting time. The email will also include a Google Form to confirm your attendance and meet your child’s assigned driver. The meeting date will be on Monday, August 3rd at 6:00–6:45 PM: TK–Kindergarten and at 6:45–7:15 PM: Grades 1–8.

You may also bring and drop off your child’s car seat at this meeting. Please label it clearly with your child’s full name.
