No. The 4-day program is fixed for Monday through Thursday.
Yes. You may register for Friday camp at an additional cost of $95 per day.
We accept checks, bank transfers, and electronic payments. Details are provided during enrollment.
Yes. A late fee ($5 per day) will apply if tuition is not received by the due date (usually the 10th of each month).
Temporary holds are not guaranteed but may be discussed with the Director in advance.
Yes. We offer pick-up from local Castro Valley elementary and middle schools for an additional fee:
$120 (5-day/week) per 4-week cycle
$100 (4-day/week) per 4-week cycle
Note: Students at Castro Valley Elementary (San Miguel Ave) have free pick-up—our staff will walk students to the center.
It is due on the 10th of each month.
If your child is in TK or Kindergarten and requires a back-support car seat, please provide a narrow model.
Bee Best also offers car boosters if needed—please speak with the Director.
All Bee Best drivers undergo background checks and DMV driving record reviews.
Yes, students may share sanitized seats/boosters.
No, we do not provide pick-up after school events. Exceptions must be discussed with the Director.
Yes, transportation fees must be paid in cash and are fixed for each tuition cycle. The fee is required even during family vacations or sick days, as the driver reserves a seat for your child throughout the cycle.

Yes. The 4-week tuition cycle includes all minimum days and most full no-school days.
Yes. These breaks are not included in regular tuition and require pre-registration at $95 per day.
We offer tutoring in English and Math. Parents will coordinate goals directly with the tutoring teacher.
Yes. We offer a 10% discount on tuition for additional siblings (applied to the lower tuition).
Absolutely. No prior experience is required.
No. However, an online version is available for at-home review.

We are open from 11:00 PM to 6:30 PM on regular school days, and 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on full-day camp/no-school days.
No, we only offer structured 4-day or 5-day enrollment options. Drop-in is not available.
Yes, a one-time registration fee applies.

Yes, homework time is included in the daily schedule, with staff available to assist students.
Our enrichment program includes arts and crafts, STEM projects, games, outdoor play, and seasonal themes.
Yes, you may request periodic feedback or schedule a meeting with your child’s teacher or tutor.
We follow strict safety policies, including secure pick-up procedures, background-checked staff, and first-aid/CPR trained personnel.
We will notify the parent immediately. Sick children must be picked up promptly and stay home until symptom-free for 24 hours.
