UPDATE for Fall 2021 program – Wait Listed status, Transportation fee adjustment and July Orientation
“WAIT LISTED” status will be moved to “APPROVED” status
Good news! After June 15th, California fully reopened the economy, we can accommodate all the current “Wait Listed” status into our Fall program.
Starting this week, we are processing ALL the “Wait Listed” status for the registration made prior to June 24, 2021 to an “Approved” status. An email invoice for $100 registration fee will be sent to you soon and payment is due by 5:00pm on Friday, July 2, 2021.
If you are unsure of your current registration status, you can always login to http://ienroll.co/ and go to “My Account” tab on the top right, scroll under “Enrollment Status” then you will see “Registration Status” update.
NOTE: If you are no longer interested in enrolling to Bee Best for Fall, please send us an email to [email protected] to withdraw from the registration by Friday, July 2, 2021.
Transportation services and tuition fee adjustment
Due to recent increases in gasoline prices, we will have to make adjustment to our transportation services fee for Fall. The new transportation fee for local Castro Valley schools per 4-week cycle will be: $120 for 5 days/week and $100 for 4 days/week. NOTE: CV Elementary has no transportation fee.
Our Fall after school program schedule and tuition are subject to change. Once CVUSD announces the bell schedule for the 2021-2022 school year, we will notify you the updated schedule and the tuition fee adjustment at that time.
We will bill the 4-week tuition invoice covering August 10 through September 3, 2021, on August 1, 2021. To confirm enrollment, you need to submit tuition payment by August 10, 2021.
Fall orientation and meet the driver coming in late July
